Terms · Version 2026-10-21
ARC Lab Terms
These Terms are an agreement between you and Filament Media & Design Agency Pte Ltd, a Singapore company operating ARC Lab (“we”, “us”), and apply when you use ARC Lab. By creating an account you agree to them and to collection and use of your data, including identified product analytics (usage events linked to your account name and email), as described in our Privacy Notice. You can withdraw from product analytics in Settings; we honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track.
Your account
ARC Lab is for adults. You must be at least 18 to create an account. Keep your sign-in secure and tell us at help@arc-lab.io if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for activity in your account and workspace.
Your content
You own what you put into ARC Lab — your answers, profile, story notes, scripts, recordings and uploads — and what ARC Lab generates for you from it, to the extent the law allows anyone to own it. You give us a limited licence to host, copy, process, transmit and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, support and improve ARC Lab for you, including sending it to the service providers listed in the Privacy Notice. You can end it by deleting the content or your account, except for copies you have shared or published and copies we must keep for the reasons in the Privacy Notice. We do not claim any wider right to your content.
Only submit content you have the right to use. Workspace members you invite can see what their role allows, and anyone with a share link you create can see what it shares.
AI output
ARC Lab uses AI services to suggest, draft and analyse. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, unoriginal or unsuitable, and it is not legal, medical, financial or other professional advice. Review and edit everything before you rely on it, record it or publish it. You decide what you publish and are responsible for it.
Acceptable use
- Do not break the law or infringe anyone’s rights, including copyright, privacy and publicity rights.
- Do not upload content of another person, including their voice or likeness, without their permission.
- Do not create content that harasses, deceives, defames or sexually exploits anyone, or that is unlawful.
- Do not try to get around limits, access another workspace, probe or disrupt the service, or scrape it.
Other services
Some features connect to services we do not control, such as Google sign-in, embedded videos and the social networks you choose to connect. Your use of them is governed by their terms. When you post to a connected network, what you post is handled by that network.
Payments
Creating an account on this preview does not itself authorize a charge. Usage limits are shown in Settings. These Terms do not cancel, transfer or change an existing subscription to the separate legacy ARC service. If you choose a paid offering here, its price and payment terms will be shown before you agree to it.
Ending your use
You can stop using ARC Lab at any time and ask us to delete your account at help@arc-lab.io. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or puts other people or the service at risk, and we may change or stop features of the preview. Where reasonable, we will tell you first.
Warranty and liability
ARC Lab is a preview provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability or rights that the law does not allow to be limited.
Changes
If we change these Terms, we will post the new version here with a new version date. If a change is material, we will tell you in ARC Lab before it applies to you.
